We get the cells which are termed as “destroyed” mainly from laptops, power banks, and other portable power devices then select the best cells which are not destroyed, charge them,check the physical appearance, measure the remaining capacity and keep them for a perio of about 2 weeks and repeat the capacity measuring step once more then get their final capacity and later determine whether they can work again;
